Food Technology
The Food Technology course aims to develop a broad knowledge of the diverse range of activities involved in food production, but also a set of skills that are transferable to other areas of life. Such skills include the ability to design, manage and use resources.
We aim to encourage students to develop environmental and social responsibilities in the design and the use of food and technologies.
