Japanese
Achieving proficiency in another language is a great learning experience. Japanese is the language of Australia’s largest trading partner. The study of Japanese is a highly practical choice by students.
We aim to provide students with the opportunity to acquire and develop practical skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing Japanese. We hope to encourage in students a familiarity with Japanese culture and to enhance literacy skills through the learning of another language.
Students should note that this course is a prerequisite for the Stage 6 (Years 11 & 12) course offered at the College.
