Religious Education
This Course has been approved by the Board of Studies. It aims to further students’ understanding of the Catholic faith, the Church and its mission in the modern world. The program also takes on the historical context of Christianity within the world and in Australia.
As well, students study the spirituality of indigenous Australians and that of followers of non-Christian faiths. Opportunity is given for students to reflect upon a range of contemporary issues thus developing skills in responding to societal and personal moral problems within a Christian framework.
