Water Polo
Water polo is a popular sport at the College. Teams may be formed in the U13, U15 or Open divisions. Students represent Mater Maria Catholic College in the Northern Suburbs Water Polo Association Competition held at the Warringah Aquatic Centre. The Open and U13 teams play on Friday evenings and the U15 teams play on Monday evenings. There are two water polo seasons across the first three terms. There is a pathway to also compete at the Combined Catholic Colleges tournament and the NSW All Schools Tournament. Students are selected to represent at this level.
Training is conducted at the Warringah Aquatic Centre weekly during terms 2 and 3 before school.
