Mater Maria Catholic College is a Years 7-12 systemic co-educational secondary College of over 860 students within the Catholic Broken Bay Diocese catering for families in the Northern Beaches area of Sydney.
Applications are invited from professional and committed teachers for the following permanent positions commencing Term 1, 2009.
Mathematics Teacher
Applicants would have the ability to teach mathematics to Stage 6, be willing to support and contribute to the Catholic ethos of the College and incorporate innovative learning technologies into the classroom. The ability to teach Religious Education would be an advantage.
Youth Ministry Coordinator (0.5FTE)
Through the Youth Ministry Coordinator’s involvement as a practicing, committed Catholic in College and parish activities, he/she will carry out a school based ministry which seeks to foster, initiate, and coordinate faith development opportunities that will assist secondary school students to move towards a mature living out of their faith as active members of their local parishes. Applicants would have formal qualifications in Religious Education or equivalent.
